Tigers are placatable mobs that can be found in Bamboo Jungle and Cherry Grove biomes.
Behavior[]
Tigers are plactable and will usually attack unless the player has the Tiger's Blessing status effect.
They will attack by suddenly jumping towards the player at speed, causing the victim to be inflicted with the Scared Still effect, before attacking with their claws.
Before attacking they will turn almost completely invisible, the only visible parts are their red eyes.
Tigers will also attack a handful of mobs.
Tigers also have the ability to walk through Leaf Blocks
Tiger's Blessing[]
Tigers that have been fed any kind of Meat will grant their feeder the Tiger's Blessing effect.
If the player has this effect then any Tigers the player encounters will be neutral.
If a Tiger is attacked by the player, the effect will be lost, causing all nearby Tigers to become aggressive again.
If the player is under this effect, then any nearby Tigers will come to aid in any fights the player gets into.
Breeding[]
Tigers can be bred with Acacia Blossoms, but only if the breeder is under the Tiger's Blessing effect.
Feeding two Tigers some Acacia Blossoms causes them to enter love mode and eventually one of the Tigers will spawn a baby Tiger.
On rare occasions, the baby will have a rare white coloration.

- In real-life, Tigers aren't exclusive to living in jungles filled with Bamboo. In fact they will live in any kind of jungle.
- Interestingly, Tigers are an endangered species in real life, which could explain why Tigers in this mod are so uncommon and why they are only found in two biomes.

| "Tigers are big cats that can be found inside and around Bamboo Jungles. They are naturally weary of outsiders and will attack if approached. A Tiger is an excellent hunter, and is extremely strong, capable of leaping from many blocks away to crush its prey, and also capable of slashing with its claws. They are also masters of stealth, as they often are capable of becoming nearly invisible when stalking prey from far away. They are also extremely fast. To top it all off, they are so terrifying that their prey are literally frozen in fear for a few seconds when the Tiger makes its appearance and intent known. Despite their strength and fearsome appearance, these creatures are far from monsters. By feeding them primarily Chicken or Porkchops, their favorite foods, or other fresh meats, one can obtain the Tiger's Blessing, an effect that will allow one to approach a Tiger without being mauled. This effect will also result in Tigers coming to your aid if attacked. However, it only lasts a few minutes, meaning that one must continue to feed a Tiger to keep it neutral. The effect will also be lost if a Tiger is attacked. Tigers are very defensive parents. Despite their mostly carnivorous diet, they can be bred with Acacia Blossoms.
