Usage[]
When used, a Strange Fish Finder will send out an echo particle which will travel towards the world's Devil's Hole Chunk, which contain Devil's Hole Pupfish.
Once the player has entered the Devil's Hole Chunk, the Strange Fish Finder will change its texture to have an arrow.
