The Super Secret Settings are special settings that can be found in the Config of Alex's Mobs. This unique Config, when turned on, will change some of the mods mechanics and add special features within the mod.
The Super Secret Settings are also automatically turned on during April Fools' Day.
Accessing[]
To access it, the player will need to first access Minecraft directory, then the player will then need to click on "config", then "alexsmobs.toml". Upon reaching it, scroll down to the bottom where there should be a section named general.spawning.uniqueSpawning.dangerZone which has an option to enable Super Secret Settings, rename the "false" to "true" and save the folder.
To make the process easier, mods like Configured can be installed. This mod will add an option in the Mod Options section on the Minecraft menu which will enable easy access to any config folders the mod has (except custom configs).

Grizzly Bear[]
Roadrunner[]
Roadrunners will turn into the Meep Meep roadrunner from Looney Tunes. This increases their speed and changes their sounds. Unlike all other features, this feature can be added in by naming a Roadrunner "Meep Meep", even if Super Secret Settings are disabled.
Giant Squid[]
If the player gets near a Giant Squid when the Super Secret Settings are turned on, the Giant Squid will play the music from Squid Game, a popular K-Drama show on Netflix.
Sea Bear[]
Super Secret Settings enables the spawning of a joke mob called the Sea Bear, which is a reference to a popular scene in SpongeBob SquarePants. In order to encounter this mob, the player needs to stand in a Ocean biome while wearing a Sombrero. A Sea Bear will then spawn after this process is completed. Sea Bears can also be spawned by using the /summon command, though the Sea Bear spawned with commands will be passive instead of its usual aggressive behavior.
Anti-Sea Bear Circle[]
The player can throw Sticks on a Sand Block before interacting with them to create an Anti-Sea Bear Circle which prevents Sea Bears from attacking whoever is inside the circle.
Sombrero[]
The icon of the Sombrero is displayed upside down and the text "Worn in a Goofy Fashion" is added to the item's description. If a player equips a Sombrero, it will be worn upside down. (Note that the Sombrero worn by a Cockroach isn't affected by this)
Underminer[]
All Underminers will resemble Herobrine, a Minecraft creepypasta. This feature can be added in by naming an Underminer "Herobrine", even if Super Secret Settings are disabled.
Capsid[]
Transforming an item using a Capsid will play the audio of the Michael, Don't Leave Me Here meme based on the Five Nights at Freddy's franchise.
